Architecture of the Bouquet is a five-days spring pastel intensive focused on building picturesque floral compositions from live arrangements.

The bouquet is approached as a visual system: a dominant flower defines the structure, mass is built through contrast of scale, and grasses and branches balance the composition. Special attention is given to layered pastel technique, transparency, light within petals, and the interaction between background and form.

Seasonal April flowers include:

·       Peonies, Anemones, Ranunculus, Tulips, Hyacinths, Roses, Lilac (subject to availability), Jasmine (mock orange), and spring grasses.

The workshop takes place in Marina Centro, Rimini, by the sea.

Accommodation is provided in a 4★ hotel with a dedicated conference room for the group.

The participation fee includes:

– 4 full working days (6 hours daily, two sessions per day)

– Accommodation in a 4★ hotel (Marina Centro) with breakfasts included

– Professional pastel paper (selected and provided)

– Live floral arrangements for each participant

– Daily group critiques

– One individual 30-minute mentoring session per participant

PROGRAM (subject to the changes)

A watercolor underpainting has been added as a foundation for pastel work.

It helps establish atmosphere, unify the composition, and create depth.

The underpainting is done quickly, with a limited palette, and serves as a structural base.

Day 1 – Form and Volume

Day 2 – Color and Light

Day 3 – Bouquet Structure

Day 4 – Each participant builds a personal arrangement and completes a final pastel painting

Day 5 – Final group critique.

Single room accommodation – 880 EUR

Double room accommodation – 750 EUR
